PP333对唐菖蒲试管苗的调控效应

ＰＰ３３３调控唐菖蒲试管苗苗质结果表明：合适浓度的ＰＰ３３３处理可明显地增加愈伤组织芽分化的数量。采用ＰＰ３３３处理的试管苗苗质优于对照，表现为壮苗率高，移栽成活率高，根部、冠部干物重高，根冠比大。经ＰＰ３３３处理的试管苗移栽后长势好，再生苗叶片结构优于对照，成球率明显提高，球茎形成期收缩根的膨大较对照提前

Regulating Effects of PP 333 on Gladioli Tube Plantlets

The regulation effects of PP 333 on gladioli tube plantlets were reported in this paper.The result indicated that right concentration of PP 333 could significantly increese the number of callus bud.The tube plantlets growed in PP 333 treatment were stronger,higher for survival transfer,weighter for dry mass of shoot-root and shoot-bud,and higher for the ratio of root/bud than ones in CK treatment.In addition,the tube plantlets in PP 333 treatment growed strongly after transferring,structure of regenerated leaves was better than in CK treatment.And corm formation rate,expansion of shrinkage roots at corm formation stage were increased in PP 333 treatment.
