| 摘 要： | 目的]对影响美凤蝶滞育蛹发育的主要因素进行研究。方法]通过正交试验，研究在人工培养条件下培养温度、光周期与低温处理3个因素对美凤蝶滞育蛹发育的影响。结果]结果显示，培养温度、光周期与低温处理3个因素对滞育蛹影响大小R^2值分别为1621．3、143．2和11．6。培养温度是影响自然发育至12月下旬美凤蝶滞育蛹发育的最主要因素；其次是光周期；低温处理对滞育蛹发育历期影响较小。结论]培养温度、光周期和低温处理对美凤蝶滞育蛹发育不同阶段的影响存在差异。
