| Abstract: | The current rural collective land ownership system of our country was a kind of incomplete property rights;meanwhile,the implication of it was of both illegibility and illegal person nature.Therefore,farmers' right of land operating was difficult to protect.Besides,right to yields was also violated.In this article,the current situation of rural collective land right were analyzed.The abnormal situation of rural collective land right were pointed out,and several advices were proposed. |
