摘    要:试验研究了4种不同覆盖措施下植烟土壤地温、烤烟叶绿素含量、酶活性和丙二醛含量的变异。结果表明:整个生育期覆盖秸秆处理土壤5cm和10cm处地温低于覆盖地膜处理;与全生育期覆膜、全生育期垄上覆盖秸秆和旺长期揭膜培土3种处理相比,旺长期揭膜培土后垄上覆盖秸秆处理具有前期地温较高、中后期地温较低的特点,且该处理烟叶叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶(NR)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性较高,而丙二醛(MDA)含量较低,其烤后烟叶的产量、均价、产值和上等烟比例等经济性状也均高于其他处理。

Abstract:The variations of soil temperature, enzyme activity, contents of chlorophyll (CHL) and malondialdehyde( MDA) in flue-cured tobacco under four mulching methods were studied. The results indicate that the soil temperature at the depth of 5cm and 10cm mulched by straw is lower than that mulched by film during the whole period. Compared with other three treatments of mulching film during the whole period,mulching straw on the ridge during the whole period,and picking-up film and then earthing-up during the blooming period,the treatment of picking-up film,earthing-up during the blooming period, then mulching straw on the ridge has a higher soil temperature at the beginning of planting,and a lower soil temperature after straw mulching. Also its content of CHL,activities of peroxidase(POD)and nitrate reductase( NR)are higher;content of MDA is lower;and its yield,average price, value and percentage of superior leaves are higher than those of other treatments.
