摘    要:为研究菠萝叶片组织结构和抗寒性的关系,对定植在广东海洋大学实验基地内遭受2009—2010年低温胁迫的巴厘(Comte de Paris)、澳大利亚卡因(Australian cayenne)、台农17号(Tainong No.17)3个菠萝品种进行了寒害调查,用石蜡切片法观察了3个菠萝品种的叶片组织结构。结果表明:巴厘和台农17号寒害等级为1级,澳大利亚卡因寒害等级为2级;抗寒性强的巴厘和台农17号叶片角质层和表皮细胞相对较厚,叶片纤维束、维管束、木质部、韧皮部直径及木质部、韧皮部气腔相对较小,抗寒性弱的澳大利亚卡因则相反。叶片组织结构特征可以作为鉴定菠萝抗寒性的指标。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between leaf tissue structure and cold resistance of pineapple,the cold resistance ability of three cultivars of pineapple(Comte de Paris,Australian cayenne,Tainong No.17) which suffered cold damage in 2009—2010 were investigated,in the experiment field of Guangdong Ocean University,and their leaf tissue structure was examined with paraffin section.Results showed that cold resistance ability of Comte de Paris and Tainong No.17 were the grade 1,and that of Australian cayenne was the grade 2,Comte de paris,Tainong No.17 with large leaf cuticle thickness and epidermal cell thickness and with small fiber bundle,vascular bundle,xylem,phloem diameter,gas chamber of xylem and phloem had the stronger cold resistance.Australian cayenne was in the opposite.The leaf tissue structure characteristics can be used to evaluate cold resistance of pineapple.
