小麦喷施茶叶茶多酚对UV胁迫的防御效果

摘    要:以小麦为试材,采用大田栽培的方法,在自然光下人工模拟紫外线增强,研究茶叶提取物-茶多酚对小麦生长发育的影响。结果显示,增强UV辐射下喷施茶多酚与没有喷施茶多酚相比,小麦的干鲜比、SOD活性、叶绿素含量明显增加,MDA含量、相对电导率、可溶性糖含量和游离脯氨酸含量明显降低,小麦的生长发育接近不受UV辐射时的正常水平。由此可知喷施适宜浓度的茶多酚可以有效减轻UV辐射对作物的伤害。

Abstract:Wheat as the experimental material,we used the field-plant method to research the effect by tea extract(tea polyphenols)to the growth and development of wheat.Using tea polyphenols and use not under the condition of enhanced UV radiation processed different results.the ratio of dry and fresh,SOD activity,Chlorophyll content of the former was significantly increased in the former than the latter,however,as for the MDA content,relative electrical conductivity,soluble sugar and free proline content,the former was much lower than the latter.The growth of wheat from UV radiation was close to the normal level.Conclusion could be seen spraying the suitable concentration of polyphenols can effectively reduce the UV radiation on crop damage.
