新乡市水资源现状分析及可持续利用策略研究

水资源是国民经济和社会发展的物质基础,水利是国民经济的重要基础设施。通过对新乡市水资源量、水质、水资源开发利用状况及供用水状况的分析,针对新乡市水资源存在的水资源短缺、旱涝灾害、水污染严重、水土流失、农村水利基础设施薄弱等问题,提出了水资源可持续利用策略。

Analysis of the present situation and study on the measures for the sustainable utilization of Xinxiang water resources

Water resources are the important material foundation of the national economy and social development,water conservancy is the important basic establishment of national economy.The article analysed the present water condition,the exploitation and utilization condition,the balance status of water supply and water demand,and direct some questions that existed in the water resource: the floodwater disaster,the serious water pollution,the rolling around of the water and soil,the unsubstantial basic establishment of the rural water conservancy and etc.Then raised some countermeasures of Xinxiang water resources sustainable utilization.
