林农对林木采伐管理改革支持意愿的影响因素分析--基于河北省3 个平原试点县的调查

利用在河北省3个平原试点县153个林农的调查数据,运用二元Logistic模型实证分析了影响林农对林木采伐改革支持意愿的因素。结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,家庭人口数越多,林农对林木采伐改革的支持意愿越低;林农家庭总收入越高,其对林木采伐管理改革的支持意愿越强烈;林业收入占家庭总收入的比重越大或所造林总面积越多,其对林木采伐改革的支持意愿越强烈。林农性别、年龄、受教育程度和对最新的林木采伐改革政策内容的认知程度对其支持意愿影响不显著。

Analysis of influencing factors on supporting willingness of the forest farmers toward forest harvesting and management reform ---Based on the three plain experimental county in Hebei province

In this paper,we used the survey data of 153 forest farmers in Hebei province,and analyzed the data through the use of binary logistic model.The results showed as follows: keeping the other conditions unchanged,supporting willingness of the forest farmers toward forest harvesting and management reform were negatively correlated with the number of family members,and it decreased along with the increase of number of family members;supporting willingness of the forest farmers toward forest harvesting and management reform were positively correlated with the total family income,the proportion of forestry revenues in the total family income and the number of acres planted;the forest farmers’ gender,age,educational level and cognitive level of the latest policy contents of forest harvesting and management reform had no association with supporting willingness of the forest farmers toward forest harvesting and management reform.
