汕尾地区水资源规划配置效果模糊综合评价

摘    要:在对汕尾地区水资源状况调查的基础上,采用MIKE BASIN软件对汕尾地区规划水平年进行水资源配置,并根据配置结果建立了适合汕尾地区水资源规划配置效果综合评价的指标体系,采用模糊综合评价法评价配置效果,指标权重借助AHP法计算,同时将评价等级划分为3级,评价结果表明,建立的模糊综合评价模型是有效的,汕尾地区中远期水资源规划配置效果总体未达到优秀水平,反映此次配置效果不够完善,需进一步改进。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of water resource in Shanwei area,MIKE BASIN software was adopted to distribute water resources on planning year in Shanwei area.On the basis of the allocation result,an evaluation index system of the water resource planning and allocation suitable for Shanwei area was established,using fuzzy comprehensive assessment method to evaluate the allocation result,index proportion calculated by AHP standard,concurrently divided the evaluation grades into 3 categories.The evaluation result showed that established fuzzy comprehensive assessment model worked effectively.As a whole,the mid-term and long-term water resource planning and allocation result was not good enough in Shanwei area,reflecting the needs to improve the allocation to be better.
