村镇银行人才队伍建设研究

我国地域辽阔,各区域经济发展不平衡,经济成分复杂。村镇银行主要解决县域内"三农"融资难的问题,其发展有优势、劣势,而科学合理地建设人才队伍是其发扬优势、规避劣势的重要方式。村镇银行人才队伍建设要遵循本土化、适用性、前瞻性、动态性等原则,通过采取创新人才机制、调整优化人才结构层次;市场化配置人才以促进人才合理流动;创新人才培养机制;从宏观解决人才总量及质量等措施来完成。

Research on construction of talent team in the rural bank

China has vast territory,each regional economic development is not balanced,each regional economic composition is complicated.The rural bank is mainly to solve problems of financing difficulties of ’agriculture,rural areas and farmers’ in the county.The rural bank’s development has advantages and disadvantages,the scientific and reasonable construction of talent team in the rural bank is the important way to carry forward the advantage,avoid the disadvantages.The construction of talent team in the rural bank should follow the principles of localization,applicability,prospective,dynamic,etc.The construction of talent team in the rural bank by the use of the following measures to complete,such as innovating the talent mechanism,adjusting and optimizing the talent’s structure and level;configurating talent with marketization way in order to promote the rational flow of trained personnel;innovating the mechanism of talent training;solving the talent’s quantity and quality from the macroscopic aspects;etc.
