| 摘 要： | 针对汽车车架,就激振方法、固定方式、激励方式、试验频段的选择、测点布置、试验原理、测量精度的保证措施等方面,给出了模态试验的具体方法。模态试验和理论计算相对照的结果表明试验模态分析不仅可以用于分析车架结构的动力学特性,还可以直接评价结构设计,预估在一定使用环境下结构可能出现的问题,是一种有效的故障诊断方法。 |

| Abstract: | About the automobile frame,this paper gives a specific method of modal test concerning on shock excitation method,fixed mode,stimulate method,choice of experimental frequency band,arrangement of measuring point,experimental theory and measurement to guarantee measures in precision.The results between modal test and theoretical calculation states that the analysis of modal test can not only be used for analyze dynamics characteristics of frame construction,but also can be used for evaluating structural design directly,and predicting the probable problems under certain usage environment.The modal test is an effective diagnosis method. |
