| 摘 要： | 低碳经济成为全球意志和中国的现实选择。如何推进现代农业建设的顺利进行，提高农民收入和改善农村生态环境，实现农业的可持续发展，这是新农村建设中面临的根本问题。本文阐述了低碳型新农村建设的重要意义和关键举措。

| Abstract: | How to promote the construction of modern agriculture smoothly, how to increase farmers＇ income and improve the rural ecological environment and how to realize the sustainable development of agriculture is becoming the fundamental problem in building a new socialist countryside. Low carbon economy has proven to be a global will and the realistic choice of China, and provided new ideas for new rural construction. To promote low carbon mode actively in the new rural construction turns into the best route for sustainable development of the rural economy society. This paper expounded significance and key measures in the new rural construction of low carbon. |
