摘    要:对10个不同棉花品种在大田栽培条件下的子叶衰老过程中某些生化变化做了研究。结果表明:中41、J4的叶绿素、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白质降解慢、幅度小,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性强,J2和夏1号的可溶性蛋白质降解快、幅度大,SOD,POD活性小,而郑101表现较好,可能与晚熟有关。

Abstract:The changes of some biochemical properties in the ageing cotyledons of 10 cotton varieties grown under field conditions were studied. Chlorophyll, soluble carbohydrate and soluble protein degraded slowly with a small extent of variation and high activity of SOD and POD were observed in the cotyledons of Zhong 41 and J_4. An opposite picture was noticed in the cotyledons of J_2 and Xia 1: soluble protein degraded rapidly in a large extent and SOD and POD showed high activity. The other varieties appeared in between. The good performance of Zheng 101 may be related to its late maturity.
