壳聚糖对黄瓜幼苗冷害损伤的缓解效应

摘    要:研究了5℃低温胁迫下,壳聚糖对黄瓜幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖能减缓黄瓜幼苗MDA的积累,提高叶绿素含量,并使SOD、POD和CAT活性维持在较高水平,从而有效缓解低温胁迫对小麦幼苗的冷害损伤。壳聚糖喷叶处理预防黄瓜低温危害的最适浓度为1mg/ml。

Abstract:0.5 mg/ml,1 mg/ml,2 mg/ml and 4 mg/ml of Chitosan was sprayed on cucumber seedlings respectively, and then the cucumber seedlings were treated at 5 ℃ for 2 days respectively, in order to study the influence of chitosan on cucumber seedlings under freezing stress. The main results were the content of chlorophyll was increased and the activity of SOD, POD and CAT were enhanced too. In addtion,the content of MDA were reduced. It was concluded that chitosan can effectively alleviate the damage of the freezing stress to cucumber seedings.The optimum concentration of chitosan was 1mg/ml.
