中国玉米改良瑞德复合种质的构建及其方法探讨

摘    要:以我国玉米改良瑞德杂种优势群的主要自交系为材料,采用双交S0法、双交S1法、单交S1法和单交S2法等群体合成方法构建了改良瑞德种质的4种复合种质群体.结果表明,这4种群体间在所研究的12个性状上都存在极显著差异.从群体合成效果看,单交S1法的效果最好,该法合成的单交S1群体表现最好,群体植株粗壮、果穗粗大、穗粒重和出籽率高、籽粒含水率低;其次为单交S2法,此法合成的单交S2群体,群体植株粗壮、穗位低、果穗细长、穗粒重较高,但出籽率较低、籽粒含水率较高;双交S1法略逊于单交S2法,该法合成的双交S1群体表现略逊于单交S2群体,且籽粒含水率较高,但果穗粗、出籽率较高;双交S0法的效果相对较差,此法合成的双交S0群体表现不如其它3种群体.

Abstract:Four maize populations of Improved Reid Synthetic Germplasm were constructed,using major inbreds from the Improved Reid heterotic group of maize in China by four synthesizing methods of maize populations,the MDCS0,MDCS1,MSCS1 and MSCS2 methods.The results showed that all the twelve traits observed among four populations synthesized were significantly different.The population IRSG(SCS1)C0 synthesized by the MSCS1 method was the best,plants of the population were the most vigorous with bigger-ear,the highest ear-grain weight and percentage of grain-weight per ear,and the lowest grain moisture among the four populations.The population IRSG(SCS2)C0 constructed by the MSCS2 method,which is a long-ear-type population,was inferior to IRSG(SCS1)C0,but better than the other two populations;this is a long-ear-type population.The population IRSG(DCS1)C0 synthesized by the MDCS1 method is a stubby-ear-type population.The population IRSG(DCS0)C0 constructed by the MDCS0 method is not as good as the other three populations synthesized,;its plants were weak,and its ears were the smallest.
