晋豆19号大豆总异黄酮含量测定

摘    要:晋豆19号是山西农业科学院作物遗传研究所大豆室选育的大豆优良品种,试验采用溶剂提取,紫外分光光度法测定该品种大豆中总异黄酮的含量。提取试验采用优化提取工艺,提高了方法的回收率,降低了能耗,并且产品中无有机试剂残留。含量测定采用紫外分光光度仪,用标准曲线法测定该品种大豆中总异黄酮含量。试验结果显示,晋豆19号大豆总异黄酮含量为0.757%,含量高于一般大豆品种。

Abstract:Jindou No.19 soybean is a new good soybean variety bred by Zhang H.S.et.al.Soybean isoflavones content in Jindou No.19 is dertermined by organic solution extraction method and UV spectrum.Soybean isoflavones is extracted by the improved methodology which can increase the recovery ratio of isoflavones,and reduce the energy consumption.Further more,there is no solution residual in the product extacted by the Improve methodology.The content of isoflavones is determined by UV with standard curve method.The result induces that content of isoflavones in Jindou No.19 is 0.757%,more than other soybean variety.
