种株越冬方式·处理方式对春魁甘蓝自交不亲和系的影响

[目的]探究甘蓝自交不亲和系繁殖技术。[方法]采用不同的种株越冬方式、处理方式，观察各处理生长情况，考种后统计各处理结籽率，测定种子活力。[结果]在越冬方式中以将种株整株挖起，带土坨栽于日光温室效果最好，其植株高大、生长健壮、有效分枝多、花蕾饱满、产量高，种子千粒重、发芽势、发芽率均有一定程度提高。在种株处理方式中，以前期自然生长，盛花末期打顶效果最好。[结论]不同越冬方式对春魁甘蓝父本繁殖有着较大影响，成株露地越冬适宜于生产上大面积应用，温室越冬可用于原原种、原种繁殖。春魁甘蓝母本种子产量主要还是集中于主枝和一级分枝，二级分枝有一定产量，生产中去三级分枝能明显提高产量和质量。
