观光木高龄植株扦插繁殖技术的初步研究

对影响观光木高龄植株扦插成活率的插穗基部处理方式、生长促进剂、ABT生根粉处理效果、扦插基质等因素作初步探讨。结果表明 :①插穗基部以环剥、单削、双削、平口 4种处理方式中 ,双削处理的成活率高 ;②双氧水、高锰酸钾、吲哚乙酸、细胞分裂素处理插穗 ,均有利于促进观光木的生根成活 ,其中 1%H2 O2 处理效果最好 ;③ 4种ABT的 8种处理插穗基部 ,ABT1# 效果较好 ,15 0× 10 -6ABT1# 效果最好 ;④利用河沙和蛭石 2种插壤 ,沙壤的扦插成活率明显高于蛭石

The Preliminary Study on the Cutting Propagation Techniques of Tsoongiodendron odorum Old Plants

A preliminary approach to the factors of cutting base treatment modes,growth accelerators,ABT rooting powder treatment effects and cutting substrates,etc. which effect the cutting survival rates of Tsoongiodendron odorum old plants was made. The results show that the survival rate of cutting two sides of cutting base is high in survival rates of 4 treatment modes of band girdle, cutting one side and two sides of cutting base as well as flat cut; the cuttings are treated with H 2O 2,KM nO 4,IAA and cytokinin,which all advantage promoting the rooting survival,the treatment effect of 1% of H 2O 2 is best among treatment effects of them; the effect of ABT1 # is relatively good in the effects of 8 cutting base treatments of 4 kinds of ABT,that of 150×10 -6 ABT1 # is best; 2 cutting soils of river sand and vermiculite are used, the cutting survival rate of the former is evidently higher than that of the latter.
