| 摘 要： | 60多年来,特别是改革开放以来,农业科技有了长足发展。然而,我国农业科技成果潜在的生产力转化为现实生产力的作用还远没有发挥。科技成果转化和产业化的数量、质量、规模、速度和效率低的问题,已经成为农业又好又快发展的主要制约因素。

| Abstract: | In recent 60 years, especially since the reform and opening-up, agricultural science and technology has made rapid progress. However, the potential productive forces in these agricultural technical achievements are still far from being turned into practical productive forces. The low quantity, quality, scale, speed and efficiency in commercialization of agricultural technical achievements have become the major constraints to the well and fast development of agriculture. |
