益气活血方对冠心病患者C一反应蛋白及 纤维蛋白原水平的影响

目的探讨益气活血方对冠心病患者血清C一反应蛋白((CRP)、血装凝血因子((FIB)水平的影响〔方法选择冠心病(CHD)患者80例随机分为中西医结合治打组45例及西药组35例，检测各组治打前后血液中CRP,FIB水平〔结果2组治打前C RP和FIB水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05;与治打前比较，2组患者治打后血清CRP,FIB水平明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05 );与对照组比较，治打组患者治打后CRP,FIB水平显著降低，差异有统计学(P<0.05)结论益气活血方可有效降低冠心病患者血清CRP,FIB水平

Effects of Yiqi Huoxie decoction on CRP and FIB in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on CRP and FIB in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were randomized to 2 groups, 45 patients in treatment group were treated with the integrated Chinese and Western medicine and 35 patients in control group with western medicine. CRP, FIB were evaluated before and after treatments. Results The differences of CRP and FIB volumes before treatment were not significant (P>0.05); CRP and FIB volume after groups(P<0.01); compared with control group, CRP and FIB treatments were both decreased in m treatment group were significant crease (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction is effective to reduce the levels of serum and FIB in patients with coronary heart disease.
