黄河中游九条试点小流域投资效益分析

为探索加速治理黄土高原水土流失的办法,从1980年起国家拨出专款,在黄土高原水土流失类型区开展了水土保持小流域综合治理试点。本文主要就其中的9条小流域在试点治理期间的投资效益进行初步分析。

Input and output analysis for testing small watersheds in middle reaches of Yellow River

Recently, under the guidance of selfreliance as a main way and support from state as additional, the government has provided a special fund for a number of small watersheds especially chosen, and thus significant social benefits have been gained. A comprehensive analysis of the roles of input sourced from state, local authorities and residents, such as accelerated soil conservation, increased aggricultural productivity and income of the residents, as well as several factors influencing the input per unit area, was carried out in this paper.
