黄河中游地区机械修梯田施工技术研究
摘    要:机械修梯田施工技术研究,是为探求不同地形(陡坡、缓坡、均整、不均整)下的最佳施工方案,和提高相对工效的施工技术及途径。不规整地形采用推土机等正向运土机具施工,规整地形采用机引犁、铲抛机等侧向运土机具施工工效较高。机修梯田所需机工时,应用梯田土方需功量与使用机具的运土基本功率之比,得到理论计算和实施基本符合的效果。提高机修梯田相对工效的途径,一是从规划、设计和施工方法上尽量减少修平土方需功量;二是从改进机具和施工技术上提高机具的运土功率。通过大量试验研究,总结了推土机、机引犁、铲抛机、平地机修筑梯田的基本施工技术。

On construction technology in terracing slope land by machinery in middle reaches of the Yellow River
Abstract:This paper is one of the appendices to "Report of study on constructing terraced field by machinery in middle reaches of the Yellow River" . Objective of the study on constructiontechnology is to find out optimal scheme for construction under various topographyconditions,and the ways for raising efficiency. It is regarded as advantage that to remove earth by pushdozers in direction perpendicular to the ridge under irregular land-form and by ploughs, scrapers laterally under regular landform. It is obtained that the ratio of work needed for terracing and basic power of tools used for transporting earth, shows coincidence between results of theoritical calculation and practice. The way to raise efficiency of equipments is suggested as follows '?minimize the earth work through the processes of planning, designing and constructing; improve the equipments and technology.The basic constructing technology for terracing by such equipments is summarized in result of tests and studies in wide scopes.
