玉米秸秆包装容器压缩性能分

摘    要:通过对玉米秸秆包装容器材料进行静态压缩试验,得到了材料的泊松比、弹性模量等基本参数,以及材料的力变形曲线,并在参数及模型的基础上对包装容器进行有限元分析.通过有限元计算,得到了压缩载荷作用下包装容器的应力分布规律、刚度与破坏强度,并且确定了包装容器最易出现裂纹的位置,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好.
