| 摘 要： | 采取不同培养方式 (一阶段培养法、二阶段培养法、三阶段培养法 )对水稻花药进行培养 ,研究表明 ,采用三阶段培养法省时、省力 ,而且培养效率高 ,愈伤组织形成率是一阶段培养法、二阶段培养法的 16 2 .3倍和 14 .9倍 ,植物体分化率是这两种培养方法的 10 8倍和 7.5倍。据此认为 ,三阶段培养法是水稻花药培养的最佳方式 |

Study on Anther Culture Efficiency in Rice |

| Abstract: | Different cultural ways (one phrase cultural,two phrase cultural and three phrase) were applied to culture rice anther.The study shows,the three phrase cultural way is efficient to save time and labor and has the highest cultural efficency.The wound tissue growth rate is 162.3 and 14.9 times than that of the other two ways and its plant dissolve rate is 108 and 7.5 times of the two other ways.Therefore it is thought as the best way. |
