| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期,频发的牛瘟、羊瘟等兽疫对陕甘宁边区畜牧业的发展危害极大。农民在长期的畜牧业生产过程中积累了丰富的防治兽疫的经验,但仍存在一定的局限性。陕甘宁边区政府为了保证畜牧业的发展,积蓄抗战力量,吸收了边区群众防治兽疫的经验,采取了多种举措防治兽疫,政府和民间的良性互动,推动了边区的兽疫防治工作的展开,实现了政府与农民的共赢。

| Abstract: | During the Anti-Japanese War,animal epidemic diseases,such as cattle plague,sheep acute communicable diseases had been indulging in willful persecution in the ShanxiGansu-Ningxia border region.Over the years,local peasants had accumulated a lot of experiences to the prevention and treatment of animal epidemic diseases,but sill had some limitations.Government of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region learned good knowledge from peasants to work out correct guiding principles and adopt various measures to deal with animal epidemic diseases.The mutual interaction of government and peasants promoted the veterinary work in the border region and formed the win-win situation. |
