| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛同志2010年9月8日《在全国教育工作会议上的讲话》中强调“思想政治素质是最重要的素质”,“是素质教育的灵魂”.强化德育工作的引领作用,是推进以素质教育为主体的教育改革的重要途径.学校德育工作必须面向全体学生,注重德育队伍的素质培养,注重德育工作的经常性、针对性、实效性、渗透性和主动性,才能取得预期的效果.
