| 摘 要： | 地理区位因素对建设用地在城市化和产业化扩展过程中具有明显的空间指向作用.建设用地扩展围绕区域中心呈现指向性的距离递变规律,这种指向性可能依据自然因子、交通因子、聚集因子、劳力因子、市场因子和其他地理区位因子空间格局差异而发生变化.

| Abstract: | The geographic location factors on the land for construction in the expansion of urbanization and industrialization process has a significant space point to the role.Construction land expansion around the regional centers presents a point of the distance between the regulation rule of this point may be based on natural factors,transport factors,clumping factor,labor factors,market factors and other geographic location factor space pattern difference and change. |
