摘    要:对3种桉树幼苗叶片相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标进行了研究。结果表明,自然低温下,各桉树表现出不同的适应性。总的来说,邓桉柳桉巨桉。自然低温(日最低气温-3.6℃)对柳桉和巨桉造成较大损害。另外,低温使桉树SOD活性上升,这与其MDA含量增加保持一致。

Abstract:A research was conducted on the physiological indexes including relative electric conductivity,SOD activity and content of MDA in leaves of 3 species of Eucalyptus seedling.Result shows that each Eucalyptus adopted differently to natural low temperature.Generally speaking,the order of cold-resistance under that temperature is E.Dunnii E.Salinga E.grandis.Natural low temperature(daily minimum temperature being-3.6 ℃) has greater damage on E.Salinga and E.grandis.In addition,low temperature made SOD activity of Eucalyptus ascend a lot,which is correspondent with the increasing of MDA content.
