摘    要:木薯是热带地区重要的粮食与能源作物之一,为使木薯避开寒冻害,同时达到高产优质的效果,需研究提前成熟收获技术。在木薯种植后的第五个月开始周期性地对木薯施用5种不同浓度乙烯利,并在距收获前90、60 d取样与正常收获时的鲜薯产量进行比较,以及探讨收获前90 d至收获期间的淀粉含量变化规律。结果表明,周期性施用600~800 mg/L浓度的乙烯利至收获前60 d可达到收获期的木薯产量和品质的要求,其中800 mg/L的乙烯利浓度对木薯催熟比较明显,可基本实现木薯避开寒冻害并提前收获的目标。

Abstract:Cassava is one of the most important food and energy crops in tropical regions,to avoid cold and freezing injury while base of high yield and quality,it is important to contrive a technique for early harvest in cassava.By using five different concentrations of enthephon on cassava periodically during 120 days before harvest,this paper analyzed the correlation of the yield between 90 days,60 days before harvest and harvest time respectively,and studied the change low of the starch content in cassava during 90 days before harvest.Cassava was ripened most obvious at the enthephon concentration of 800 mg/L,and using the enthephon concentration from 600 to 800 mg/L to the 60 days before harvest would achieve the harvest requirements of yield and quality.In conclusion,it was promising to harvest early before harvest 60 days to avoid cold and freezing injury with high yield and quality by using an enthepon ripening technique.
