摘    要: 采用传统的遗传分析方法,研究了两个烟草品种Florida 301和Coker 371-Gold对黑胫病的抗性遗传规律。将两个抗黑胫病品种分别与感黑胫病的红花大金元和大白筋599配对杂交,建立各自的F 1,F 2,BC 1世代群体。采用人工诱发接种的方法对各世代群体的植株进行抗性鉴定,F 2,BC 1群体的抗感分离比例采用X 2进行适合性测验,结果表明:Florida 301对黑胫病的抗病性可能为不完全的隐性,主要受1对隐性基因控制;Coker 371-Gold抗病性可能为不完全的显性,抗性受1或2对显性基因控制。

Abstract:Inheritance for resistance to black shank from two tobacco varieties Florida 301 and Coker 371 Gold was identified by traditional genetic analysis method.The F 1,F 2,BC populations were developed by two black shank resistant varieties hybridizing with susceptible varieties Honghuadajinyuan and Dabaijin599,respectively.The resistance of tested tobacco plants was evaluated by the artificial inoculation method.The segregation ratios of the resistant to susceptible plants in F 2 and BC 1 populations were analyzed by X 2 test.The results showed that Florida 301probably carried a single incompletely recessive gene controlling the resistance to black shank,and the resistance of Coker 371 Gold might be governed by one or two incomplete dominant gene(s).
