小型猪发情周期和妊娠早期外周血清孕酮含量测定

本试验测定了5头贵州香猪和5头版纳微型猪发情周期和妊娠早期外周血清的孕酮含量。这两个品种发情周期血清孕酮含量有相似的变化,峰值均出现在发情周期的 9～12天,贵州香猪为 26.00ng/ml,版纳微型猪为24.30ng/ml。在妊娠早期的变化也大致相同。香猪和版纳微型猪在妊娠-3～12天与发情周期-2～12天的孕酮含量变化相近,妊娠 12天峰值香猪为 21.40ng/ml,版纳微型猪为 27.80ng/ml;在妊娠12天后两品种猪孕酮含量略有下降;16～20天后又开始回升,并维持在较高水平。发情周期和妊娠早期外周血清孕酮含量16天后有明显差异（P<0.01）,可供早期妊娠诊断参考。

MEASUREMENT ON SERUM PROGESTERONE OF MINI - GILTS DURING OESTROUS CYCLE AND EARLY PREGNANCY

the scrum progesterone of 5 Guizhou Xiang gilts and 5 Bangna mini - gilts was determined by the radioimmunoassay(RIA) method during the ocstrous cycles and early pregnancy. A similar pattern of the progesterone concentrations has been observed during the ocstrous cycles in the two breeds of gilts. No difference was noted in the peak values of the progesterone concentration during 9 - 12 days of the ocstrous cycles between these two breeds. The mean progesterone concentration at 12 days was 26. OOng/ml in Guizhou Xiang gilts ,and 24.30ng/ml in Bangna mini - gilts. These two breeds were approximately similar in the variation of the progesterone concentration during the early progeny . The variations between - 2 to 12 days of the ocstrous cycle and - 3 to 12 days of the early pregnancy were 21. 40ng/ml in Guizhou Xiang gilts and 27. 80ng/ml in Bangna mini - gilts. A slight decrease of the progesterone concentration was observed after 12 days of pregnancy. An increase of the progesterone level started after 16 - 20 days of pregnancy and remained in a high level.The differences of the progesterone levels after 16 days of the cycle and early pregnancy may be useful as a method of the early pregnancy diagnosis in swine.
