玉米品种SSR分子标记与田间小区种植一致性鉴定结果的比较

摘    要:利用国家玉米区域试验品种DNA指纹鉴定所用的20对SSR核心引物,对10个参试玉米品种进行了一致性鉴定,检测SSR标记应用于玉米品种一致性鉴定的可靠性。每个品种选取20个单株,同时对这200个单株进行田间小区种植鉴定。结果显示:田间鉴定结果与SSR分子标记鉴定结果相吻合的植株占总株数的83%。同时表明,分子标记方法比田间小区种植鉴定的精确度高,存在分子标记未能检测到的性状差异,需要筛选与这些性状相关的标记添加到核心引物中。

Abstract:A set of 20 SSR core primes were used to analyze 10 maize single hybrids(20 individuals per variety) from national regional trial in 2006. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability of variety uniformity tested by SSR molecular markers in maize. The result showed that 83 percent of all plants had good coincidence and 17 percent divergence between the two methods. The result also indicated that SSR molecular markers technique is more accurate than morphology method. However, there were some morphology differences that cannot be detected by molecular markers. Therefore, SSR markers that related to morphology difference should be screened and added to the core primes.
