川牛膝染色体核型分析

川牛膝是四川省著名道地中药材之一。为了从细胞学水平对川牛膝种质资源进行评价,本文对四川主要产区的川牛膝和杂牛膝进行了染色体核型分析。结果表明,川牛膝染色体数目2n=2x=34,二倍体,其核型公式多样,均属于2B型。部分染色体的结构类型在川牛膝和杂牛膝之间存在较为稳定的差异。最长染色体与最短染色体的长度比(L∶S)在1.49~4.31之间,该比值可用于对川牛膝种质材料进行分类。

Chromosome Karyotype Analysis of Cyathula officinalis Kuan

Chuan Niuxi(Cyathula officinalis Kuan) is a famous traditional Chinese medicine.Chromosome karyotype analysis of Chuan Niuxi and Za Niuxi(the hybrid of Cyathula officinalis Kuan.and Cyathula capitata) were made to evaluate germplasm resources of medicinal materials on the cytogenetical level.The results showed that both types were diploid and the number of chromosome was 2n=2x=34.The karyotype formulas were diverse.Stable differences existed in the structure of both materials.The ratio of the longest chromosome to the shortest chromosome(L∶S) ranged from1.49 to 4.31,which could be used to classify the germplasm of Chuan Niuxi.
