铜锌元素在仁用杏树不同生育期的循环规律初探

摘    要:对华北地区主要经济树种仁用杏树各器官中铜、锌两种营养元素在不同生育期的含量进行测定,并对铜、锌在仁用杏中循环规律进行初步探讨。结果表明:(1)3月和10月间植株内整体铜的累积量提高。各器官中Cu含量存在着较大起伏,在生长初期较多地积累于根中,特别是细根中;速生期时,地上部分的含Cu量明显增加,而且主要集中在绿叶,特别是叶绿体中;硬化期干和根特别是细根中的Cu含量相对较高。(2)在仁用杏苗木生长初期各部位Zn含量均较高,而且锌主要积累于根系组织,速生期后各部位间Zn含量相对趋于平衡,叶中含量相对偏高。苗木硬化期阶段叶片中Zn含量较高。3月份整个植株内的Zn含量达最大。

Preliminary Studies on the circulating law of element Cu and Zn in respective growing period of Kernel-apricot
Abstract:The nutrient contenis of Copper \ and Zinc \ in various organs in different growth period of Kernel\|apricot were analysed.The circulating law of Cu and Zn in Kernal\|apricot was inquired.The results showed that:(1)the accumulation of Cu content in the seedling rose in March and October,and there is a greater fluctuation in every organ.Cu accumulated more in roots,especially in thin roots in the early stage of growth period ;In the rapid growth period,the content of Cu in the part of earth surface apparently increased,and maily focused in leaves,especially in chromatophore;in the stiffened stage,trunk and thin root had a higher Cu content.(2)the contents of Zn in different organ were all relatively high,mainly concentrated in root tissue,and it live up to a relative balance in rapid growth period;in the stiffened stage,leaves had a high content of Zn;on the whole ,seedlings had the highest Zn content in March.
