| 摘 要： | 对２０头中国卡拉库尔羊，采用回肠非切除缩短术和胆囊内植核种菌进行培植羊黄的研究。实验表明回肠缩短术能够有效地阻断胆盐的肠－肝循环，显著改变胆盐与胆固醇含量比值，使胆汁成石指产大，从而提高羊黄产量，与对照组相比产黄量差异极显著。

| Abstract: | In this experiment 20 Chinese kalakur sheep were used to culture calculus ovine product by non-ileectomy operation could destray bile recycle effectively and the rate of bile salt/cholesdterin was changed significantly in the bile constituent, Hence this new operation (Non-ileectomy )increased the bile salb content markedly and the calculus ovine product was improved. There was a significanf difference in product be-fween experiment groups and controls, And the new operation was demonstrated to be a simple, rapid and applable method and it can minimize the possible concurrent infection so as to be applied |
