| 摘 要： | 城市和农村地区的发展不平衡是困扰我国经济平衡发展的重要问题,本文在对大量有关扶贫文献进行研究,并实地深入国家级贫困县进行考察的基础上,分析了脱贫工作急需解决的几个问题及并提出了解决思路。

| Abstract: | Inter-provincial inequalities, especially the imbalance among urban and rural areas emerged from economic innovation induces a crucial issue to the whole economic development process. In this paper, the author establishes an analysis of imbalance of regional development based on researching relative issues, and primarily concentrating on the priorities of those problems we should solve when facing this complex situation, also put forward some reasonable suggestions to the strategy of development. |
