摘    要:磷脂酰肌醇信号通路是指胞外信号通过膜受体与其相应的第一信使分子结合后,激活膜上的Gq蛋白(一种G蛋白),激活质膜上的磷脂酶C(PLC),PLC水解磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸生成的三磷酸肌醇和二酰甘油2个第二信使的过程。磷脂酰肌醇信号通路对动物采食的作用则主要通过各种营养素刺激Gq蛋白偶联受体激活整个通路完成。本文综述了磷脂酰肌醇信号通路结构、对动物采食调节的影响及作用机制等,以期为相关研究提供参考。

Phosphatidylinositol Signal Pathway’ s Regulation of Animal Feed Intake and Its Mechanism
Abstract:The phosphatidylinositol pathway is a process that the extracellular signals combines with its first messenger molecule through the membrane receptors, and then activates Gq on the membrane, so that the phospholipase C ( PLC) activates and then produces the phosphatidylinosital biphosphate ( PIP2 ) and diacylg-lycerol ( DAG) . The role of the pathway in animal eating is mainly accomplished by stimulating the activation of the whole pathway through various nutrients. In this paper, the structure and mechanism of the signal path-way and its regulation of animal eating and the prospect in this field were summarized.
