摘    要:通过改变光周期,探究了不同光周期处理对大麦苗生长的影响。将大麦浸种、催芽后,使用不同的光周期(8、10、12、14、16和18 h/d)处理,测量大麦苗的生长指标及可溶性蛋白含量,得出最佳的光周期。结果表明,光周期对大麦苗的生长有一定的影响,18 h/d光照处理的大麦苗茎粗、叶面积、干质量最大,12 h/d光照处理的大麦苗鲜质量和株高最大,16 h/d光照处理的大麦苗可溶性蛋白含量最高。综合来看,16 h/d光照处理适宜于工厂规模化生产大麦苗。

Abstract:The effects of different photoperiod treatments on barley growth were investigated by changing different photoperiods. The growth index and soluble protein content of barley seedlings were measured by using different photoperiods (8 h/d, 10 h/d, 12 h/d, 14 h/d, 16 h/d, 18 h/d) after soaking seeds and accelerating germination, and the best photoperiod was obtained. The results showed that photoperiod had a certain effect on the growth of barley seedlings. The stem diameter, leaf area and dry weight of barley seedlings treated with 18 h/d light were the largest; The fresh weight and plant height of barley seedlings under 12 h/d light treatment were the highest, and the soluble protein content of barley seedlings under 16 h/d light treatment was the highest. In general, 16 h/d light treatment is suitable for large-scale production of barley seedlings in plant factories.
