| 摘 要： | 观察了患红底板病鳖的皮肤、肝、肾组织的超微结构,并与正常组织进行了比较。结果表明,皮肤、肝、肾细胞都有不同程度的坏死解体,在皮肤、肝脏组织中观察到许多病原菌。

| Abstract: | The supermicrostructures of skin, kidney and liver tissues of soft-shelled turtle which got red-ventral-shield disease were observed and compared with the normal tissues. The results showed that the cells of these tissues were lysised to some extent. Many germs were observed in skin and liver tissues. |
