甘薯四级种薯的物质生产性能研究

摘    要:以徐薯18为材料,研究了四级程序生产甘薯种的物质生产性能指标.结果表明,育种家种苗、原原种苗、原种苗和良种苗在整个生育期都表现较高的干物质生产率,且在栽后90~110 d达到最大值,分别为0.25 t/hm2·d,0.24 t/hm2·d,0.17 t/hm2·d和0.14 t/hm2·d,分别比对照高97.6%、87.4%、35.4.%和7.1%.其干物质分配特点为前期光合物主要分配给茎叶,中后期光合产物下移,栽后50 d,四级种苗茎叶干重分别为73.5%、76.5%、75.8%和5.4%,栽后90 d,块根干重比例分别为65.8%、54.5%、53.4.%和58.2.%,地下部占优势.四级种苗的净同化率表现明显优势,而其叶面积比率均低于对照.

Abstract:This paper studies dry matter production property of seed stock of four-stage courses producing on sweet potato.The results showed that dry matter GR of breeders cuttings,original cuttings,stock cuttings and improved variety cuttings appeared high during whole growth,it reached the peak after 90~110d planting:0.25 t·hm-2·d-1 0.24t·hm-2·d-1,0.17t·hm-2·d-1 and 0.14t·hm-2·d-1,which were higher than the contrast respectively by 97.6%,87.4%,35.4% and 7.1%.The features of its distribution were outcome of photosynthesis distribute to the upper stems and leaves in early stage,transmit to underground parts increasingly in mid-late stage.The ratio of their dry weight,stems and leaves after 50 d planting:73.5%,75.6%,75.8% and 75.4%,ratio of them after 90 d planting:65.8%,54.4%,53.4% and 58.2%.The underground parts stand to take advantages.NAR appeared advantages obviously on the four-stage of seed stock cutting,but their LAR were lower than the contrast.
