衡阳市生态足迹分析与生态环境保护对策

摘    要:采用生态足迹模型对衡阳市2004年的生态足迹进行了实证计算和分析,结合衡阳市的生态环境现状和可持续发展状况,得出结论:衡阳市生态足迹占用已远远超过其生态承载力,对生态系统造成了巨大的压力,在此基础上提出了相应的环境治理对策。

Abstract:The ecological footprint method presents a simple framework for national and natural capital accounting. Taking Hengyang City as an example, the authors calculated and analyzed the ecological footprint of Hengyang City in 2004, with a conclusion that the ecological footprint of Hengyang City has exceeded its eco-capacity and posed a tremendous pressure on ecological system based on the present situation of environment and sustainable development of city. Some countermeasures are given to solve this problem.
