| 摘 要： | 农业可持续发展是我国社会可持续发展的根本保证,而目前水资源短缺及水污染严重已经成为制约我国农业可持续发展的瓶颈因素.因此需要大力发展节水农业,合理开发利用水资源,制定合理的农业用水规划及相关法律来保障我国农业的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | Agriculture sustainable development is the basic of our society in China. But at present ,the scarcity of water resources and water pollution restrict the sustainable development of agriculture. So we should develop saving water agriculture, utilizing water resources rationally and develop planning rationally and laws of agriculture water. |
