摘    要:本研究以甜高粱品种得胜、大力士为研究对象,对比和分析不同品种、不同茬之间的营养物质(粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗灰分)含量差异。通过对比同一品种两茬之间的养分差异可知,得胜和大力士在不同茬仅粗脂肪含量存在显著差异(P<0.05),而不同茬的粗蛋白、粗纤维以及粗灰分含量并无显著差异(P>0.05)。两个甜高粱品种的粗脂肪含量均表现出第一茬显著低于第二茬(P<0.05);通过对比同一茬两个甜高粱品种的养分差异可知,第一茬和第二茬两个甜高粱品种的粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪以及粗灰分含量均存在显著差异(P<0.05),均表现为得胜的粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量均显著高于大力士(P<0.05),而粗纤维和粗灰分含量则显著低于大力士(P<0.05)。总体上看,相较于大力士,得胜的饲用品质更高。

Study on nutritional components of two forage Sweet Sorghum
Abstract:In order to understand the changing characteristics of nutrients in forage sweet sorghum, Desheng and Hercules were taken as the research objects to compare the contents of nutrients (crude fat, crude protein, crude ash and crude fiber) in the first and second crops of sweet sorghum. The results showed that there was only significant difference in crude fat content between Desheng and Hercules under different cutting stubbles (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in crude protein, crude fiber and ash content under different cutting stubbles (P > 0.05). The crude fat content of the two sweet sorghum varieties in the first crop was significantly lower than that in the second crop (P < 0.05). By comparing the nutrient differences of the two sweet sorghum varieties under the same crop, it can be seen that the crude protein, crude fat, crude fat and ash contents of the two sweet sorghum varieties in the first and second crop were significantly different (P < 0.05), which showed that the content of crude protein and crude fat of the winning varieties were significantly higher than that of Hercules (P < 0.05), while the content of crude fiber and ash were significantly lower than that of Hercules (P < 0.05). In general, the forage quality of sweet sorghum is higher.
