摘    要:为筛选对猕猴桃黑头病有效的杀菌剂,以猕猴桃黑头病病原菌Diaporthe eres为试验对象,采用菌丝生长速率法测定5种杀菌剂对其抑制作用,并进一步开展田间防效试验。结果表明,5种杀菌剂对病原菌菌丝生长均有较好的抑制作用,并且对猕猴桃黑头病的田间防效显著(P<0.05)。因此,这5种杀菌剂均可作为病害防治的有效药剂,特别是10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂、25%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂和40%腈菌唑可湿性粉剂3种杀菌剂田间防效均达到85%以上,可作为优选药剂。

Abstract:In order to screen out effective fungicides for kiwifruit black spot disease, Diaporthe eres, the pathogen of kiwifruit black spot disease, was used as the test object, and the inhibitory effect of five fungicides were determined by the method of mycelial growth rate, and the control effect was further tested in the field. The five fungicides can be used as effective agents for disease control, especially the three fungicides such as difenoconazole, pyraclostrobin and myclobutanil have a field control effect of more than 85%, which can be used as preferred agents.
