摘 要: | 目的]优选并确定正己烷提取河湟红花籽油的最佳工艺。方法]以河湟红花籽油出油率为指标,采用正交试验法对提取温度、提取时间、提取次数、液料比4个因素进行估选研究。结果]对河湟红花籽油得率的影响因素依次为提取次数(C)〉提取温度(A)〉液料比(D)〉提取时间(B)。以B因素为误差项做方差分析,结果表明:提取温度和提取次数对籽油得率有显著性影响。结论]综合河湟红花籽油得率及实际情况等因素,确定最佳工艺为ABCD,即提取温度65℃,每次提取时间2h,提取次数3次,液料比3∶1。

Abstract: | Objective]The aim was to optimize and make sure the best extraction process of Hehuang safflower seed oil by hexane.Method]Taking Hehuang safflower seed oil rate as the index,four factors of extraction temperature,reflux time,extraction times,liquid-solid ratio were studied by orthogonal experiment.Result]The results indicated that the influencing factors to the oil rate are C>A>D>B.The factor B was taken as the error to do the variance analysis,the conclusion indicated extraction temperature and extraction time have significant influence to the oil rate of Hehuang safflower seed oil.Conclusion]Though considering oil rate and the factual situation,the optimum process is A3B2C3D3,namely extraction temperature 65 ℃,reflux time 2 h,extraction times 3,liquid-solid ratio 3∶1. |
