| 摘 要： | 概述了贺州市八步区农民科技培训的现状和存在问题，认为农民整体素质不高、受训农民老龄化、农民对科技培训认识不足、培训经费短缺以及科技培训机制不完善是制约八步区农民科技培训的主要因素，最后提出建立完善的农民科技培训体系，建立健全农民科技培训制度，加大经费投入，强化农民科技培训宣传以及实现科技培训与新农村建设的有机结合等6项推进农民科技培训的对策。
