| 摘 要： | 目的建立正品哈蟆油的红外指纹图谱的共有模式,从而对哈蟆油进行鉴定、分析。方法应用红外光谱技术,对不同正品哈蟆油药材进行测定;应用图谱比对方法,对不同正品哈蟆油图谱进行快速比对。结果不同产地的正品哈蟆油的红外光谱非常相近。各正品哈蟆油的红外图谱间的相关系数在0.95以上。结论本研究首次建立了正品哈蟆油的红外指纹图谱,各产地哈蟆油所含有的主成分极其相似,说明不同产地哈蟆油药材的相似程度较大,应用红外光谱技术可以达到无损、快速的鉴别哈蟆油药材。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the specific pattern of infrared finger print of Oviductus Ranae,to identify and analyze Oviductus Ranae.Method The technique of IR spectrum and the method of quick compare were used to determine and compare Oviductus Ranae from different regions.Result Infrared spectrums of Oviductus Ranae from different regions were close to each other;the correlation coefficient r is over 0.95.Conclusion The first time to establish IR finger print of Oviductus Ranae.The technique of IR spectrum can be used in classification and identification of Oviductus Ranae. |
