陕西省农村劳务产业发展新思路探讨

陕西省劳务经济发展在经历农民自发进城打工和政府有组织的劳务输出两个发展阶段后,现在已经进入以市场化为主导的劳务产业建设新阶段。针对劳务产业发展中出现的劳务产业运作机制问题、劳务产业链建设问题、劳务名优品牌问题和劳务产业城乡统筹问题,提出了加强劳务产业市场化建设,加强劳动力资源开发,制定全新的陕西劳务产业建设与发展规划的具体思路。

New Approaches on Development of Rural Labor Service Industry in Shaanxi Province

After undergoing two stages in which the farmers at first went to cities to find jobs by themselves and then were organized by the government for export of labor service,the development of labor service in Shaanxi province has now entered a new stage guided by market mechanism.In the light of the issues of operation mechanism,industrial chain,creating fine brands and all the factors of rural and urban areas,concrete approaches for further development of the province's labor service industry are set forward,such as strengthening the construction of the market of labor service,tapping the resources of labor service and making a new plan for its all-around development.
