摘    要:营养液培养条件下研究棉花不同品种根系特性对缺硼反应的差异。结果表明 ,缺硼后两棉花品种根系生长受抑制 ,根重、体积、总吸收面积及活跃吸收面积均显著降低 ,但敏感品种 970 6降低幅度比不敏感品种 970 2更大 ;缺硼还使敏感品种根系比表面积降低 ,而不敏感品种却明显增加。缺硼胁迫对两棉花品种伤流量和根系分泌物的影响也不同 ,它们的一些组分如可溶性糖、游离氨基酸、NO- 3、K+和无机磷等的含量在品种之间存在一定的差异

Abstract:The differences of root absorbing capability, the composition of root exudates and root bleeding sap between a boron efficient cotton cultivar and a boron inefficient one were studied under a solution culture. Under the stress of boron deficiency, the root growth and absorbing capability of both cotton cultivars were inhibited. For examples, the weight, volume, active and total absorption area of their roots were decreased significantly, while those of boron inefficient cultivar declined more seriously than the boron efficient one. The ratio of root absorption area to root volume of the boron inefficient cultivar was reduced by boron deficiency, while that of the boron efficient one was raised. The influences of boron deficiency on the content of composition of root exudates and root bleeding sap of the two cultivars such as NO 3 , K +, inorganic phosphorus, soluble sugar and free amino acid were also different.
