晚熟李花粉生活力及柱头可授性研究

摘    要:以晚熟李品种‘龙眼秋李’、‘黑宝石’、‘安哥诺’为试材,采用花粉离体萌发试验测定花粉生活力,用联苯胺—过氧化氢法和田间套袋法测定了其柱头的可授性。结果表明:蔗糖和硼砂浓度对晚熟李花粉生活力均有显著影响。3个李品种均在10%蔗糖浓度下萌发率最高,分别为36.61%、21.33%和12.97%。蔗糖浓度高低影响花粉萌发率,适宜硼砂浓度明显促进花粉萌发,晚熟李花粉萌发适宜条件为1%琼脂+10%蔗糖+50 mg/L硼砂。柱头的可授性可持续3 d,但开花后1~2 d的可授性最强。

Abstract:Late-maturing plum cultivars 'Longyanqiuli','Fraiar',and 'Angelenoas' were used as experiment materials.Pollen viability of Prunus salicina was evaluated by pollen germination test in vitro; its stigma receptivity was estimated by benzidine-H2O2 method and bagging.The results showed that sucrose and borax concentration affected pollen viability remarkably.Pollen germination percentages of the 3 cultivars in the culture medium that was 10% sucrose content were the highest,being 36.61%,21.33%,and 12.97% respectively.Sucrose concentration affected pollen germination percentage,appropriate borax concentration promoted pollen germination apparently.The suitable condition for late-maturing plum pollen germinating was 1% agar 10% sucrose 50 mg/L borax.The effective pollination period of plum flowers was 3 days,and the best time for pollination was 1 to 2 days after flowering.
